Technology Description
Our group is conducting large-scare genome sequencing projects on unique cancers of Asia. We have collected, analyzed, and integrated clinical and genomic information for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC). Our goal is to promote basic and translational research to better define the genomic and clinical features, improve clinical management, and stratify patients for clinical trials.
